Loans are available for up to 65% of current fair market value, with 1.5–3.5 points on most 6–18 month terms and interest rates starting at 8.99% depending on LTV, and may be used to leverage property tax reassessment benefits, fund settlements or real estate buyouts, and pay off attorney fees, mortgages, delinquent taxes, and other liens or expenses, with no prepayment penalty and extensions available.
